I know this is WAY out in the future for some folks but who's up for this?

Xenia and I are defiantly up for going again this year. It was a blast last year!

Anyone rented the cabin yet? Not really a problem for me but Thanksgiving is just around the corner.

Quite literally mild to wild. The area was logged and the difficult parts run off the side of the logging roads. There are some good hill climbs and moderate wheeling to be had as well. One of the locals that will be there wheels it with a stock Isuzu Amigo.

If you're going to ride with Jimmy, Bring a pillow. That wooden seat is rough.

Sent TA carb to holley for a replacement. The carb on now sucks off road.

Blue Bronco still in my way, keeping me from starting on cage project. Got welder, awaiting gas conversion kit and of course will contend with learning curve on how to fab this stuff up

Well, we made it back to Raleigh safely. It was a good time even though it rained Saturday and Sunday.
The only trail carnage was W.G's sammy and my Jeep. I had a broken front lower link and a torn rear brake line. W.G. had a blown hub and a broken rear brake line too. We were able trail fix so we could keep on riding. The trip up and back was a little more interesting. We were rear ended by a Penske truck and almost killed the trip for us. As it turns out we were only delayed five hours in Greensboro while some truly sympathetic folks got us fixed up. On the way home W.G.'s alternator decided to crash and we stopped to swap batteries in Durham and then source and replace the dead alternator. So it can always be eventful on or off the trails.
