Did you buy a set of those Ed?

2002 GMC Sonoma ZR2 SFA
HP D60 front, 5:13's,Chevy brakes, ARB, 35 spline hubs, rotated
GM 14B FF rear 5:13's, Disk, Detroit, 3/8" diff cover
Alcan Waggie 4" front springs and ZR2 4" rear springs
Highsteer/crossover steering, PSC Box
42" IROKs, Eaton 32 Bolt Beadlocks
High Angle Driveshafts
Custom T-case

He had them at the meeting last night. Looks like they will be pretty stout once he gets them on.

Seemed to be the only realistic way to get some rocker protection.

They still need to be cut to length, end cap welded on and a mounting system created. All in all a good starting point I think.

Got 'em mounted thanks to Dave.

Still have to make up my mind on what to do for covering them(paint or line-x???)

Paint them, much easier to touch up after you drag them on the rocks.

i like the look of the line-x type stuff and it is pretty strong, but a rock can play hell on just about any covering you put on. with that said i'd have to agree rattle can.
