For the record I HATE my Rockkrawler lift. That said my lift is the Gen II not the X-factor. They use the same basic design as mine though and what they didn't tell me is that I would be needing limiting straps, replacement joint parts (almost immediatly) and that my Jeep would suck to drive on the road.
