so I was bored at work and looking through the ZR2 thread... I've only got paint here at work so its rough, but my take on your front end (sorta):

Not bad..... If you ever need a job I could use some help with graphic design.

This is going to be a nice truggy. Bill has some nice stuff planned for it. It looks like hes got a good start.

Can't wait to see what it ends up looking like.

This should turn in to my Drivers side A-pillar. So far it has done a good job of kicking my ass.

[ image disabled ]
This was the first C-pillar, I may a bend on the wrong side of the line and fawked it up.

After the first bend, I stopped using the tube-bending 101 method. It doesn't work when you are bending in multiple planes. Speaking of that, anybody have an idea of how to measure the amount that you need to rotate the tube in the bender when making multi-plane bends?

I pulled it off ok with the C pillar, put the A-pillar had to get cut and sleeved as I couldn't get the rotation right.

rumor is that the more complex the bend... the more beer that is needed.. just like the less capable your rig is, the more beer you need to get over obsticals.. I imagine by the time this is done, bill, you should be able to hit the trails stone sober!! haha

looking good!!!

I am finished with the steering arm. Let me know when you'll be home and I'll bring it by.

Clint will have to remind me what he wanted in regards to the steering arms...

All was good until I did this......... Operator error like a mofo. Didn't have the pin in all the way. This is after I straightened it as much as I could.
