I'm not sure about the EPS files. DXF is preferred so that files are not corrupt once they are converted, but I'll check.

You might want to wait on getting them cut. I'm trying to work out a deal for a Torchmate II CNC plasma

send me your e-mail and I'll get some files on the way

Haven't done a lot recently; weather has been too nice to keep me out of the yard. however, I did finish welding up the H1 wheels. Nothing really picture worthy.

been busy with house stuff and work.

got the Corbeau seats mounted, ordered some parts and some materials. Pulled the 302 and t18 and D300. cut off old engine mounts so I can push the engine forward a little.

Nothing really picture worthy. Working on getting the new 351 installed with the T18

Yeah, well thats just the beginning. Once I get the back re-worked I'm re-working the A pillar, etc. to make it more sleek and hopefully safer.

Well, I cut the "halo" off and the spreaders. I ended up changing the A pillar and spreaders quite a bit. I think it looks much better now and will end up being safer. Pics to come once I find the camera

a couple of pics of this weekend's progress. Hard to tell whats been done but compare it with the pic above and you'll see it.

changed the A pillar, windshield bars, and spreaders. Not quite finished, but you get the idea...

I sleeved the tube in the middle of the span with about 6" of 1.5" x .25" wall tube to give a good solid splice in the tube. The new windshield bars are 1.25" x .120 wall tube to replace the single 1.75" tube that was there.

For the center spreader I used part of the old windshield "halo" piece. I also have a couple of diagnal tubes that need to go in. ou can see one of them in the passenger seat. It also has a slight bend at the end to help keep with the flow of the roof line.

thats all for now till I get more tube. I should have my misalignment spacers in this week so I can finish up my upper links and weld everything out and add some gussets to the mounts.

added a little more tube and bracing, nothing really picture worthy.

Last night I pulled the trans and clutch off of the old 302 and mocked it up on the new 351. Then installed the 351. Its a super tight fit with about .25" clearance on each side. Looks like I'll have to re-work the console area as I pushed the engine forward about 4" to fit better. The engine will also set slightly offset to the passenger side. This will help to level the weight when I'm riding by myself which will prob. be at least half of the time.

Next on the list is to get new motor mounts fabricated and installed and to locate the engine and get it finished up.

Sold the D300 setup and the transmission is pending. Maybe Ed will pick up the 351.

Ordered a LQ4 from a 2003 2500 HD with 23K miles on it. wanted a different one but this one was cheaper. Should be here next week. Now looking for a TH350 or 400. Want the 350 as its 4" shorter, then I need to find a decent transfercase. Hopfully an Atlas.

LQ4 is starting to make its way into the buggy.

Also picked up some cool BLING parts. Lokar throttle cable, kickdown cable and a TH350 locking dipstick and flexible braided stainless tube.

Also, picked up the 47" LTBs. Thats a big a$$ tire!

OK well, looks like the IMG hyperling code isn't working, so I'll just post links to the pics.

I also got my custom torque converter today! This way I don't have to run a spacer and get a new flexplate. The torque converter was made for my setup. Sweet!

I know! I tried to find 49 Iroks but came across these 47 LTBs for a good deal.

I wonder how well the D60/14 bolt will hold up to 47s and 400HP???

Thats why I wonder. Getting behind 400HP may prove to be too much to resist

lots of parts came in. nothing really picture worthy.

torque converter, 1.25" taps (LH and RH), tube is being brought to the house so I can finish the back of the buggy and start on my links.

Harness and ECM from Jim's has come in.

Relocated the batter last night, again! the LQ4 is too big to keep the battery where I had it, so I just moved it out of the way a little. Its not complete, but is a good start. Once I get more tube run to support the firewall, I'll tie it in more.

Got a lot of the tube for the back of the buggy worked up.

Now I just need a 14 bolt to get under there so I can get the links and shocks mounted up

Once again, just been working on small stuff. Bent some tube and got it in. Its twisted just a little in the bender so its not exactly straight but still looks good. Its too long of a piece to replace so I'm rolling with it

Picked up some fuel line and 60' of the 3/16" plastic aircraft brake line. I hope to get the TH350 on Friday so I'll be able to mount the engine and transmission. I also hope to pick up the 14 bolt on Saturday or sunday so I can get it trussed and get the disk brakes on it and links installed.

16 gallon safety fuel cell is on its way too. Once thats in there and the trans and axle, I should be pretty much set for a little while.

Need a radiator...
