Red,that air filter is the same as mine,no replacement paper filter for that style. That block apears to have ford stamping numbers on it.What are the block numbers and what is on the tag beside them?If it is a gpw engine(the head is cj),you might could trade it or sell it to a collector needing one for their gpw.

David, use the bushing with the lip if you are gonna use the rzeppa joint.Make sure the inner bushing is good also.Take the time to set up the axle/knuckle clearance. You can feel when the joint is centerd in the knuckle and tighten down the flunge nut accordingly.

Not knowing much at all about Willys, I have to ask... What are the two red things under where the seats would go? Some kind of storage or ::gasp;; where they used to put the gas tank? 95 XJ 4.0HO>AW-4>NP241"Roc-Trac." Rough Country 6.5" on 33's. Warn M8000, locked and armored up but (was) driven daily.
the one under the drives side is a gas tank and the other is the tool box

Kind of crazy that they put teh gas tank under the drivers side. Seems like it would have been safeer to upt the tank under the passenger and teh tools under the driver. 95 XJ 4.0HO>AW-4>NP241"Roc-Trac." Rough Country 6.5" on 33's. Warn M8000, locked and armored up but (was) driven daily.
seeing as to how I sit on a gas tank,I believe it's a good use of what is wasted space on most vehicles. It's protected by the floor and body sides, doesn't need a skid plate, isn't slung low under the vehicle in harms way.Tool box under the pass. seat so the driver can access it from his seat.

I guess that makes sense. I was just thinking about the Jeeps original use in war times, etc. If I knew the tank was under the driver, I'd probably aim there... 95 XJ 4.0HO>AW-4>NP241"Roc-Trac." Rough Country 6.5" on 33's. Warn M8000, locked and armored up but (was) driven daily.
